We offer shell and tube heat exchangers - also known as tube bundle heat exchangers - in stainless steel or titanium. The tubes are welded or expanded into the tubesheet; for increased requirements they are first expanded and then additionally welded. Tube bundles are manufactured from U-tubes or straight, continuous tubes.

Design and sizing

The shell side is equipped with segmental baffles or disc-and-doughnut baffles to guide the secondary medium. Every heat exchanger is sized individually to your requirements according to the VDI Heat Atlas - from compact units to customer-specific special formats.
