In many plants, valuable energy leaves the building unused: via exhaust air, flue gases or warm waste water. With the right heat exchanger this waste heat can be recovered - to preheat fresh air, service or process water.

From single unit to complete system

Depending on the task, a single heat exchanger is sufficient - or a complete heat recovery system with ducts, casings and controls is created. AWS-Technik supplies both from a single source, including sizing based on your operating data and, on request, an on-site appointment to capture the boundary conditions.

Which heat exchangers suit dust-laden exhaust air?

For contaminated air streams we recommend our plain tube heat exchangers: few deposit points, and every tube can be cleaned from outside with a steam lance.
