A heat exchanger only pays off in combination with the rest of the system. That is why we do not stop at the individual unit: we plan, build and install the complete system - from the concept through thermal design and engineering to commissioning.
What is included?
Besides the heat exchanger itself, a system comprises piping, housings, fans or pumps and the connection to your existing process. We coordinate these components so that the calculated performance actually arrives in operation - and document the system with a drawing or dimensions, a component description and performance data.
How does a project run?
It starts with your operating data and boundary conditions, often supplemented by a site visit. Next comes the quotation with the design and a description of the system; for heat recovery systems this includes a profitability and payback forecast. After release, engineering and manufacturing follow, and finally installation and commissioning. Throughout, your contacts remain the people who designed and built your system.

What does plant engineering at AWS-Technik cover?
We take on the system as a whole: concept and thermal design, engineering, manufacturing of the heat exchangers and the periphery, and commissioning on site. Manufacturing takes place at our Düsseldorf site or within our Europe-wide network of specialised suppliers - whichever is the most economical solution for your task.
